Lang, Matthias; Pathé, Philippe, 2026, "Anthropoid Inner Coffin of a Woman Named Ta-ir-kap (Base) (ÄM_04_02)", https://doi.org/10.60507/FK2/LIQ3SG, bonndata, V1
Tairkaps inner coffin is a fine example of richly decorated coffins of the Late Period. As is typical for inner coffins, it represents the mummiform deceased standing on a socle like a statue. The pictures and inscriptions could be chosen and arranged in many different ways, but in short, the coffin may be called ‘typical’ for its time. Still, the...

Lang, Matthias; Pathé, Philippe, 2026, "Mummy of Ta-ir-kap (ÄM_05)", https://doi.org/10.60507/FK2/VCZ94J, bonndata, V1
The mummy has not been unwrapped. Besides the thickness of the bandaging, the outer stripes which hold the wrapping together, can be seen. Below the head, the front side of the mummy is covered by a blue bead-net, characteristic element of Egyptian funerary equipment of the 1st millennium BCE.

Lang, Matthias; Pathé, Philippe, 2026, "Canopic Chest for the internal organs of Ta-ir-kap (Lid) (ÄM_06_01)", https://doi.org/10.60507/FK2/UUFXKG, bonndata, V1
From the Old Kingdom onwards, some of the inner organs of the deceased were mummified and preserved in four small containers outside the coffin. Normally, these four canopic jars stood together in a small shrine, but here it is a flat box which, contained the mummified packages without jars and was put below the foot-end of the inner coffin in the...

Ashraf, Arsila Palliyulla Kariat; Rohe, Jana, 2026, "Microscopic analysis of human ASC-derived kidney organoids for polycystic kidney disease modelling", https://doi.org/10.60507/FK2/OM25XQ, bonndata, V1
Polycystic kidney disease (PKD) is a genetic disorder and a major contributor to end-stage renal disease. Elucidating the cellular mechanisms underlying PKD necessitates three-dimensional models that accurately replicate cystogenesis in vitro. Existing organoid models frequently exhibit limited expression of adult kidney epithelial markers and lack...

Pucker, Boas; Wolff, Katharina; Vieira Salgado de Oliveira, Julie Anne, 2026, "Genome sequence and annotation of Urtica dioica", https://doi.org/10.60507/FK2/1XHSZ3, bonndata, V1
The Urtica dioica genome was sequenced with ONT long-reads. The genome sequence was assembled with Hifiasm and annotated with GeMoMa.

Our research proposes a new reproducible and low-cost hardware and software testing protocol to evaluate the battery impact of individual sensors in modern iPhone devices. In the accompanying publication (DOI:), we introduce and explain the protocol in detail. Next, we ran 29 experiments based on the protocol, carried out on 9 iPhone devices runnin...

Pucker, Boas; Wolff, Katharina, 2026, "Rubus armeniacus genome sequence and annotation", https://doi.org/10.60507/FK2/L7LG2L, bonndata, V1
Here, we present the genome sequence and annotation of Rubus armeniacus. Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) long-read sequencing data were assembled to generate the genome sequence. Protein-coding genes were predicted and functionally annotated.
