Ashraf, Arsila Palliyulla Kariat; Rohe, Jana, 2026, "Microscopic analysis of human ASC-derived kidney organoids for polycystic kidney disease modelling", https://doi.org/10.60507/FK2/OM25XQ, bonndata, V1
Polycystic kidney disease (PKD) is a genetic disorder and a major contributor to end-stage renal disease. Elucidating the cellular mechanisms underlying PKD necessitates three-dimensional models that accurately replicate cystogenesis in vitro. Existing organoid models frequently exhibit limited expression of adult kidney epithelial markers and lack...

Schweizer, Florian; Yu, Joe; Mille, Elena; Reimer, Lara Marie; Kapsecker, Maximilian; Klinker, Jens; Jonas, Stephan M., 2026, "Battery Impact of Individual Hardware Sensors in Modern iPhone Devices", https://doi.org/10.60507/FK2/LSJGWW, bonndata, V1
Our research proposes a new reproducible and low-cost hardware and software testing protocol to evaluate the battery impact of individual sensors in modern iPhone devices. In the accompanying publication (DOI:), we introduce and explain the protocol in detail. Next, we ran 29 experiments based on the protocol, carried out on 9 iPhone devices runnin...

Pucker, Boas; Wolff, Katharina, 2026, "Rubus armeniacus genome sequence and annotation", https://doi.org/10.60507/FK2/L7LG2L, bonndata, V1
Here, we present the genome sequence and annotation of Rubus armeniacus. Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) long-read sequencing data were assembled to generate the genome sequence. Protein-coding genes were predicted and functionally annotated.

Lang, Matthias; Günzel, Adriana; Salcedo Paparoni, Ana Valentina, 2026, "Funerary Relief of a Woman with Female Servant, So-called Siren Relief (K 755)", https://doi.org/10.60507/FK2/REPGPR, bonndata, V1
The motif of the female deceased putting on jewellery with the help of an assisting servant is depicted fairly frequently. This scene may appear banal, but acquires deeper meaning by the underworldly siren couple in the finial of the stele. The deceased adorns herself for the very last time to enter the underworld realm as “bride of Hades”.
