The genome sequence was assembled with hifiasm and the gene models were predicted by Helixer, BRAKER3 and GeMoMa. The functional annotation was predicted based on sequence similarity to well characterized Arabidopsis thaliana sequences.</description></descriptions><geoLocations/></resource>
