We predicted gene models using the homology-based annotation tool GeMoMa, using Jatropha curcas and Hevea brasiliensis, both close relatives of cassava within the Euphorbiaceae, as reference gene models. This annotation resource was generated to support a comparative genomics investigation into the genetic basis of intraspecific pigmentation differences in cassava, with a particular focus on the MYB-bHLH-WD40 (MBW) regulatory complex controlling anthocyanin biosynthesis (R2R3-MYB and R3-MYB activators/repressors and their bHLH partners). This data publication contains the coding sequences, predicted polypeptide sequences, and structural annotations (GFF3) for each of the 11 cultivars.</dcterms:description><dcterms:subject>Agricultural Sciences</dcterms:subject><dcterms:subject>Medicine, Health and Life Sciences</dcterms:subject><dcterms:subject>Other</dcterms:subject><dcterms:IsSupplementTo>Moyosore Priscilla Shittu & Boas Pucker (2026).
